WHAT IS
CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a physical conditioning system that is based on exercises that vary constantly, with functional movements, that is, safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you perform in your day to day and executed at high intensity, always adapted the individual to challenge and improve their physical condition in a safe way. In other words, it is a training technique that links movements from different disciplines sequentially, such as weightlifting, cardiovascular training or gymnastics, which are grouped into routines called WOD (Workout of the day).

We can also define CrossFit as a lifestyle that combines good nutrition and physical exercise to achieve long-term sustainable results.

The purpose of Wezone CrossFit is to help you develop your skills and abilities, through a wide variety of exercises, so that you can adapt to any scenario you have to face.

WHO IS CROSSFIT FOR?

Anyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injury, and fitness level. In CrossFit every movement has a scaled equivalent, this allows us to modify and adapt the program for each person, in order to help them be healthier and fitter in a safe way.
