This activity is based on functional training carried out at high intensity, where you work on all your physical qualities. Sign up if you want to improve your strength,
endurance, speed, agility and coordination.

FUNDAMENTALS

If it’s your first time doing CrossFit, you should try these beginner classes, designed to help you learn and progress in a smaller class size.

OPEN BOX

If you want to follow your own programming or want to polish other skills, we have a space for you. We have free training space and the best material at your disposal.

ENDURANCE

Come to this activity to improve your metabolic performance, where we do a longer and more demanding workout at a cardiovascular level.

WEIGHTLIFTING

In our WEIGHTLIFTING classes, we focus on the snatch and clean & jerk technique, so that you learn to execute quality movements, working in parallel to improve your power, strength and speed.

GYMNASTICS

Sign up for this class to learn the technique of the most used gymnastic movements in CrossFit. We will work on improving your body control and you will gain strength in parallel.

MOBILITY

Trainings led by a coach, focused on working and improving mobility.

CORE

Trainings directed by a coach, focused on the work and strengthening of the middle zone.
