This activity is based on functional training carried out at high intensity, where you work on all your physical qualities. Sign up if you want to improve your strength,

If it’s your first time doing CrossFit, you should try these beginner classes, designed to help you learn and progress in a smaller class size.

Estaba de paso por Madrid y he hecho un drop in, staff amable, la clase la dan dos profesores, uno corrige y el otro explica, me ha parecido muy buen método. Se preocupan de que hagas bien los movimientos y están atentos. Buen rollo en la clase. No dudaría en volver.

Hace mucho no hacía crossfit y encontré este box de casualidad y me hizo volver a tener ganas de entrenar seguido, todo el lugar y sus profesores te hacen sentir muy a gusto aunque no tengas mucha experiencia! Muy re recomendable 🙂

Un sitio genial para hacer CrossFit, muy buen rollo y entrenadores preparados. Hay clases de todo tipo: Haltero, Endurance, Atletismo, CrossFit y Gymnastic. Totalmente recomendable tanto para principiantes como pros.

Wezone es, sin duda, el mejor box de Madrid. Instalaciones y material de calidad que han renovado hace pocos meses. Cuentan, además, con un equipo profesional que tanto en la gestión como la planificación y atención de los entrenamientos hacen que podamos exprimirnos a tope.

Llevo dos meses y medio y estoy contento con el centro. Está totalmente renovado recientemente. Hay muy buen ambiente, con buenos entrenadores y material adecuado. Además, la oferta de actividades es amplia, incluyendo fines de semana.
